Send Vini a photo of the prescription

Meiling taking her tablet at the kitchen table

The doctor's note says twice a day for a week, apply to the affected area. Somebody has to turn that into reminders. Usually that somebody is you, on the train home, typing it line by line.

What changed

Send Vini a clear photo of the prescription on WhatsApp or Telegram. She reads the medicines, doses and timings, then reads the whole plan back to you: what, how often, what time. Nothing is saved until you say yes. If you say "just the first two", only the first two are saved.

Anything she can't read with confidence is marked unclear and she asks, rather than guessing a dose off handwriting. This works for diet plans and appointment slips too.

A real exchange with Vini, names changed.

Two reminder fixes shipped the same day. "Remind me in 2 hours" now works: Vini knows what time it is where you are and sets it for the next slot she can send, rounded up to the hour (and, since late August, the half hour). And if you say "change my green tea to 9 PM", she asks whether you mean just today or every day going forward, then does exactly that. Before this, a permanent change reverted the next morning without telling you.

Why

Because a wrong dose from a misread prescription is the one mistake we never want to make. So the rule is absolute: Vini proposes, you confirm, then she saves. Even when the photo is perfectly clear.

Vini transcribes and reminds. She doesn't give medical advice. Dose questions go to the doctor.

What it means for your family

A week of reminders from one photo and one "yes". And when you snooze something or change a routine, it stays changed.
